Colin Jack, B.A., B.Ed., Associates of Arts
Colin enjoys several different beers from around the world. He believes that the best beer a person can taste is the beer that comes from the city you are in! He is the Just Here For The Beer beer historian, sociologist and webmaster. Colin completed his education degree at UBC and started the beer tasting classes when he was working for the Alma Mater Society. He did his undergraduate at UBC with a major in History and a minor in Canadian Studies and Sociology. Colin works as a full-time school teacher at a private school in Vancouver. Colin is a Just Here For The Beer owner, beer expert, instructor, consultant, event coordinator, and party host.
"My favourite part of teaching the beer classes is that it gives me a chance to combine my two passions; teaching and beer! How could anyone argue with that?" |

Cheryl is always visible helping out at the festivals and private events as a beer expert and host.

Arietha
When Arietha is not serving beer she enjoys the "occasional" beer with friends and family. Arietha has tried several beers from around the world, especially unique beers from Asia and the Caribbean. Her favourite places to drink are local pubs and summer beer gardens. Arietha is a JustHereForTheBeer.com consultant, graphic designer, and party host.

Roy
Roy is usually the last one standing or the first one ready to help "kill the keg" the next day. A long time "beer enthusiast", Roy drinks a wide variety of products and enjoys helping Colin and Rick at all the special events. We think it is mainly to "meet chicks" but Roy's hard work is second to none! |

Tyler
Tyler spends most of his time being a designated driver for Coast Mountain Bus Company but his flexible schedule allows him to help out with the big events. Tyler is very hard working and proof that some Asian people are not "allergic" to beer. |
